Other International Destinations: We are happy to ship to most destinations worldwide. We calculate the exact shipping cost once your order is packaged for shipment to charge you the exact shipping cost. We can provide an estimate based on the estimated order size before ordering. Keep in mind that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer and customs is a lengthy and unpredictable process. It is not uncommon for packages to spend 2-4 weeks clearing customs and this is beyond our control. Please plan accordingly if you are an international customer.

DESIGN AND PROCESSING TIMES
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
Most custom projects have a 6-8 week design and production timeframe. Pre-designed projects are normally a 3-5 week design/production timeframe. Postcards are usually completed in 1-2 weeks. During high-volume order times these timeframes may become longer. Although we do our best to adhere to the above timeframes and keep a strict schedule on our end, your response time can greatly affect your project timeline. We expect that we will hear back from you within 48 hours of emailing a draft – longer than that can significantly impact the project timeframe, especially for custom orders. Normal design time on our end is one week after your project start date for a first-round draft, revisions in three days and production in two weeks. Occasionally during high-volume times our first-round design and drafts may be up to 2-3 weeks for first-round drafts and 4-5 days for revisions. Please let us know if there is an exact date you need your invitations in-hand as we will make every effort to accommodate your deadlines.

COLORS
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
We work on a calibrated monitor and what we see on our screen is what prints on our professional printers. Keep in mind that what you see on your screen may vary from the actual printed invitation. Colors often print lighter or darker than viewed on screen. Once final approval has been received and design has been sent to print, color changes can not be made and the designer is released from responsibility for problems caused by color variance. If you are looking for a precise color match, we recommend taking advantage of the printed sample option when it is time to approve your final proof. One printed sample is included in your design fee and we can’t guarantee color output on the final draft unless you’ve approved a printed sample. However, most of our brides approve a digital draft and this certainly expedites the production process.

PROOFING AND FINALIZING YOUR INVITATIONS
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
When your design is complete and you’re ready to order your invitations, you can choose to approve the digital file, or receive a hard-copy sample. Please note that requesting a hard-copy sample will add approx. 7-10 days to your production time. When reviewing your final proof, you will be asked to agree via email that the project is ready to print. By responding to this email and stating the design is ok to print, you release Sproullie Designs from responsibility for typographical errors and color variance. We do not take responsibility for proofreading. Occasionally we may find spelling mistakes and make suggestions for correcting grammatical errors, but this is not our end responsibility. What you see on the final proof that you approve is what goes to print. However, if a mistake is made on our end and spelling differs from the final proof that you approved we will happily correct the error.

As with any custom or handmade product, variations may occur. These include but are not limited to variance in color, paper dimensions, embellishments, and ink. Every effort is made to maintain consistency between displayed and proofed design and the end product, but this is affected by many factors beyond our control.

To finalize your order, just let me know the file is ok to print, then pay the Paypal invoice for your total. Your order will ship in about 2-3 weeks at which time you can sit back and wait for the compliments to come rolling in!

RETURNS
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
Due to the custom nature of our business, returns are not accepted. As indicated in the proof section above, final proofing is the responsibility of the customer. However, if an error has occurred on the part of Sproullie Designs we will gladly correct the problem.

MAILING YOUR INVITATIONS
…………………………………………………………………………………………..
Many of our invitation designs utilize multiple layers and thick papers which may require more than one first-class stamp to mail. We recommend that you take one completed invitation to your post office to have them examine and weigh your invitation to sell you the correct postage. Postage prices can vary widely depending on your specific post office. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. We’ve had brides see more than a $0.50 variance in postage costs depending on where they mail their invitations. Some post offices will still allow you to have your invitations hand-cancelled. This is always the safest option when mailing bulky envelopes for invitations with embellishments, but it still not a guarantee that your invitations will not encounter some damage in transit. Due to the nature of postal processing equipment, we are not able to forsee or guarantee the condition that your invitations will arrive in to your guests.
